I’m surprised I never heard of Rob Roy until yesterday, even though it’s similar in genre to Braveheart. The film has great attention to details.

Also, A Tale of Voyages.

Why is it that the best drawings are done in the English class notebook where they don’t belong in the first place??
On Drawing Style
I don’t like hiding my mistakes. I’d rather draw things more loosely.
The anime Best Claw is my new inspiration. I love the style!
This time only thumbnails. The first 11 pages out of the 22 page long script.

It really seems like Batman only fights Looney Toons.
Lascaux (Bull Paintings ) cave is clearly a sketchbook of some artist.
Some sketches and ideas after watching Riddick. might make it into a oneshot later on.
I watched Riddick the other day and was so inspired. Yes, the CGI is not great but the idea was awesome. A survival thriller set on a different planet with different rules and creatures? This is a great idea, and I think they handled it pretty well. At least up until the middle. I heard Vin Diesel funded the movie himself, which I find pretty cool. God I hope he is going to make another one.

I love art. There aren’t many careers out there in which even if you constantly fail and left unappreciated all your life, your work has a better chances of becoming golden while your name well known years after your death.
I think this is rather comforting!
I have been looking into Geometry again. I feel like it’s pretty satisfying to incorporate Geometry into art. At least for me it is, since I had so many arguments with my Geometry teacher in Middle school.

Additional approach.

Shmazed
I’ve got an idea. Since lately I’ve been mostly drawing while shmazed, I’ve decided to start posting the art results together with all the thoughts that were crossing my mind at the time. So, sorry for all the ranting, poor English and writing skills and mostly the preaching parts.
*Thanks Tony for the term!
Art
I like Art. It’s a field where you constantly have to be innovative, self-promoting and busy. It’s a difficult field to breakthrough so when you finally succeed, it’s very fulfilling. The sense of achievement is great. Totally, worth it. Plus you get to do your favorite thing all the time and to get paid for it. Every child’s dream.
